Conditions applicable to retail sales

Shipments:

Below are the transport costs (VAT included).
Please note that customs duties for deliveries outside the European Union are not included and must be paid to the carrier upon delivery of your product.
We only deliver to the European continent.

Spain (peninsula):

  • Free if the order is over 60 euros.
  • 6 euros (VAT included) if the order is less than 60 euros.

Europe zone A:

Germany, France, Monaco, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands.

  • Free if the order is over 100 euros.
  • 15 euros (VAT included) if the order is less than 100 euros.

Europe zona B:

Spain outside the peninsula: Balearic, Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla.
Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland, Czech Republic.

  • Free if the order is over 100 euros.
  • 20 euros (VAT included) if the order is less than 100 euros.

Europe zona C:

Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Serbia, Lithuania, Sweden, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom.

  • 40 euros (VAT included) shipping costs.

Payments:

Please note that all our prices are in euros. Product prices are shown on our website and aPuntBarcelona reserves the right to change them at any time. It will not affect your statutory rights. Shipping charges and customs duties are not included in the price.

The payment methods we accept are:

  • Bank transfer

Our payment method is 3DSecure. Caixa d’Enginyers’ security system guarantees the confidentiality and authenticity of the holder and prevents unauthorized third parties from accessing your information.

Returns and exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges of products for a period of 7 days from receipt of the product. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will advise you on how to proceed.

  • The returned item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging and labels.
  • You have 7 days to start an exchange or return procedure. After this period, it will no longer be possible to return the item to us.
  • Return shipping costs will be at your expense.

All items are carefully checked before shipment. If, however, aPuntBarcelona has made a mistake with your order, we will bear the shipping costs. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
